Pressalit was awarded the Danish "S" label i 2003, officially recognizing the company as a socially responsible company. In 2009, Pressalit was recertificated, and obtained for the third time the S-certificate.

An amount equivalent to 4-5 percent of annual wages is spent on continuous training of the employees.

In 1999, Pressalit was named employer of the year by the Danish SiD trade union.
