In Pressalit, responsibility goes hand in hand with performance. This means that every employee is bound to act responsibly at work – towards colleagues, customers and surrounding society.
Pressalit has joined the UN Global Compact, which promotes good business ethics in the areas of human rights, working conditions, environment and anti-corruption.

Employees are given a lot of headroom in Pressalit, and our organisation is informal. At the same time, it is a place where we are always on the go, which means that every employee must be flexible and ready for change. We focus on the "whole" person, and this is particularly evident in our work/life balance philosophy.
Employees have rich opportunities for leaving their stamp on their everyday work, and not least on the organisation. This is because we delegate a great deal of responsibility and our organisation is relatively flat.
Variety and Diversity
Because Pressalit thrives on diversity and wishes to reflect a global society, we have an eye for diversity in terms of ethnicity, educational background, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age and ability to work.
Our employees come from widely varying backgrounds. We regard this as a strength as it enables us to strengthen learning and development. Through diversity we find resources which we can take advantage of throughout the organisation.
