Pressalit A/S is a Danish privately owned limited company. The current organisational structure was established in 2001, formally dividing the company into three independent business areas. In 2008 the structure was altered so that, today, Pressalit Seats includes the Scandinavian DIY product brand Saniscan.

		Pressalit universal seats and special seats for distribution over the sanitary trade. OEM-deliveries for the ceramic works. SaniScan toilet seats and accessories for distribution over the DIY-sector (Builders' merchants).
		Specialised bathroom and kitchen solutions for people with disabilities.

The two business areas are each pursuing individual objectives and dealing with individual segments, but sharing a thriving culture, based upon a common set of values.

The function of the staff functions is to support and develop the associated businesses so that the business areas can focus on the development of their core competences.
