Guarantee - Pressalit Care products
Within a period of 3 years from date of invoice Pressalit Care undertakes to repair or replace products found to be defective in materials or manufacture.
In order to rectify any defects the buyer must at his own risk deliver or send the product back to the dealer or directly to Pressalit Care. After rectifying any defects the return of the product will take place on Pressalit Care’s account. Any rectifying of defects under the guarantee can only take place according to agreement with Pressalit Care.
The guarantee does not include faults or damage which directly or indirectly have arisen by normal wear and tear, wrong operation, misuse, defective maintenance, use of inappropiate cleaning materials, faulty mounting or faulty dismounting. The guarantee only includes damage which is caused by faults or defects in the material. The guarantee does not include secondary damage i.e. damage to other items which the product might cause in connection with any accident.
